Anthony's Scam Revealed!

Anthony's scam works like this:

  1. Start a new company to sell colostrum products.
  2. Advertise that the company has been in business for many years, is a top seller, and that Anthony is a Ph.D. and successful author.
  3. Accumulate a following of fresh victims that don't know his past. This typically includes consumers, wholesalers, manufacturers, web designers, MLM distributors, and most importantly investors to raise funds.
  4. Pillage the company, stealing inventory, funds, and using the company to pay for personal expenses.
  5. Drive the company into the ground, get caught lying, screw everyone involved, and run away.
  6. Hide for a few months, then go back to step one.

Q: But doesn't he claim his business has been around for 14 years?
He does, but it is a blatant lie. Just like his lies about his academic credentials, about having written a book that sold 500,000 copies, and his lies about having formulated all the products he sells. You can verify for yourself that his current scam company, Immune Tree, Inc. (formerly named TBRL, Inc. in an apparent attempt to defraud the real TBR Labs, Inc.) was not started until 01/25/2010 (search here for "Immune Tree, Inc.").
Q: Who cares that he starts over with new businesses all the time?
The victims care. Hundreds of investors have collectively lost over $3 million. Countless distributors have built up sales lines only to have their MLM positions yanked away on a whim. Numerous people have likely been harmed by his medical advice, which may even have resulted in a death.
Q: How do you know people have been harmed?
As an example, Anthony filed for voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy on July 1, 2009, having left in his wake over 60 angry creditors, including numerous suppliers, advertisers, and experts associated with the health supplements industry. His bankruptcy filing, which includes creditors such as Al Fox, the county where he resides, and the Utah Department of Agriculture & Food can be verified by calling the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah at (801) 524-6688 in reference to case #09-26866.
