Anthony Kleinsmith is the con team mastermind. Really just a dishonest marketer, he pretends to be a "Dr.", a successful author, a researcher, and an expert. He fraudulently claims to be backed up by industry leaders. He pretends to manufacture product. He runs the Con Team illegally out of his basement without a license to do business or any health permits. He lies to customers that he has product liability insurance and that his business has been in place for many years when it wasn't founded until 2010.

Patricia Kleinsmith works closely with Anthony in many of his cons. She assists in the creation of forged and falsified documents and extortion attempts. She tricks vendors into placing orders under competitors' accounts. She backs up Anthony's lies, even perjuring herself while under oath.

Chardell Reeves is Anthony's lap dog. She does Anthony's dirty work. She secretly works with Anthony and Patricia, in gross violation of her non-compete contract with her former employer. She is a fugitive from justice, dodging official court service by the constable for over a month now. She calls competitors' vendors, lying to them that she works for the competitor in an attempt to steal customer lists and proprietary formulas. Chardell assists in the creation of forged and falsified documents and extortion attempts.

Chris Clark pretends online in a video to be an ordinary user of colostrum, appearing to be unbiased, when he is really a sales guy working for Anthony, even filming the video in Anthony's home. Mr. Clark routinely fools customers into ordering from the wrong company. Though he readily sends to potential customers documents full of lies, such as the Corporate Fraud Sheet, Mr. Clark may not be aware of the extent of the cons perpetuated by the team.
