Anthony has been sending out a "Corporate Fact Sheet" for several months that is full of lies about his company and operations.

Below is a copy of the document being sent out by Anthony, including comments from us pointing out some of the false statements he is making to mislead vendors and customers.

UPDATE 09/20/2010: The product liabilty agent, Richard Nelson, now knows who Anthony is, but still states that Anthony (and Immune Tree, Inc.) have no policy. Long before Richard Nelson even knew of their operation, Anthony, Chris Clarke, and Ben Horner were sending out the "Fact Sheet", lying to customers that product liability insurance was in place.
