Corporate Fraud Sheet

Hundreds of people have been hurt by Anthony and Trish Kleinsmith. Here is a small sampling of written statements made by victims:

Victim #1 wrote: "Anthony Kleinsmith is a fraud and needs to be punished and held accountable...I will support whatever it takes to hold this man accountable for his actions."

Victim #2 wrote: "Something is very wrong if this man can steal from people, get away with it and then continue to operate a business. He needs to pay everyone back and have some time alone to think about how he operates!!"

Victim #3 wrote: Tony "has proved to be a scam artist and needs to be stopped...This man really needs to be taken care of as far as put him away before someone gets killed or swindled out of more money."

Victim #4 wrote: "I am frustrated and somewhat ashamed and embarrassed, that we allowed Anthony to scam us."

Victim #5 wrote: "The loss of this money due to the fraudulent practices of Mr.Kleinsmith was not only disgusting, but caused undue hardship...I cannot believe the gall of this man...He needs to be prosecuted and put in prison!"

Victim #6 wrote: "It is obvious to us that Dr. Kleinsmith and TWI fraudulently represented an investment opportunity and had no intentions of ever fulfilling the contract."

Victim #7 wrote: Anthony "needs to be stopped...He gave me advise about my nephew who has peanut allergys that if I had followed through may have sent him into shock acourding to my own doctor...This man really needs to be taken care of as far as put him away before someone gets killed."

Victim #8 wrote: "My mother did what he said as she trusted him being a doctor and all, well a few days later I went to see her and found her DEAD!!!!!!!! She had a heart attack. I think that Dr.K was giving medical advice to a lot of people that trusted that he was a real Dr...Wow how many more people did he kill!...He needs to be stopped before some one else gets hurt."

Victim #9 wrote: "Please stop this man from fraudulant behavior. I hope we can stop him from killing another persons Mother. You only get one Mother in life and mine was taken from me way too early...I call that fraudulent and criminal of Dr K...Thanks for your help stopping this guy if you can...It doent look like anyone has been able to stop him. Please do what you can."

Victim #10 wrote: "The scam has really affected me as I retire. My concern is that if he is not stopped he will continue to lie, cheat, and steal."

Victim #11 wrote: "I don't trust what he says and I think he believes he can talk his way through anything. Ethics aren't a part of his criteria for doing business if it doesn't naturally work into whatever business he is concocting at the time."
